Product Distribution
All products published on WPBazar are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or 3, as applicable. The products are developed by third parties, and we redistribute them in compliance with this license. WPBazar does not maintain or claim any official relationship with the original developers unless explicitly stated.
Licenses and Keys
Some products work correctly without the need for a license key; others, by their nature, require a license to function. In cases where a license key is mandatory, we may pre-activate the product and verify its functionality before publication. If you have doubts about a specific product, please contact us.
Pre-activation and Testing
For products that require activation, we carry out pre-activation and testing to ensure proper functionality before publishing. While we perform checks carefully, we cannot guarantee the total absence of errors. If you encounter an issue, please notify us so we can review and resolve it as soon as possible.
Technical Support
We provide technical support from Monday to Friday. Our average response time is between 24 and 48 business hours, although in some cases we may respond sooner. Response times may vary depending on workload and the complexity of the request.
Warranty and Refunds
If there is a technical issue that we cannot resolve, we will evaluate the situation and, when appropriate, provide a full refund. Refunds will not be granted when the product functions properly but the customer changes their mind while retaining the product. Each case will be reviewed and assessed reasonably.
Updates
Purchasing an individual product includes lifetime access to updates for that specific product. For memberships, update access depends on the membership type:

Monthly membership: updates for 30 days.

Annual membership: updates for 365 days.

Lifetime membership: lifetime updates.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel user accounts that violate our policies. No refunds will be issued to users whose accounts have been suspended due to violations. Reasons for suspension may include, but are not limited to:

Abusive behavior or offensive language towards our staff.

Repeated defamatory, malicious, or false statements.

Misuse of server resources or technical abuse that threatens the platform.

Actions that compromise the security of our platform or other users.

Sharing, transferring, or reselling a user account (accounts are non-transferable).
Representations and Indemnification
If you are using our services on behalf of a company, that company agrees to these terms and will hold WPBazar harmless and indemnify it from any claim, demand, or action related to the use of the services, including liabilities, damages, litigation costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
